He also took a few minutes to show me how to lubricate the fan motor. He encouraged me to consider the service agreement. He also asked if I’d like to have a salesman drop by and give me and estimate. I said “yes” and I got an estimate, and I’m glad to tell you I’m likely to buy another American Standard system.
