Repair Pricing – After performing a complete Diagnostic Inspection, our Technician will present you with a written recommendation and flat rate price for any necessary repairs and obtain your approval before any further service is performed.
Repair Costs – Repair costs are not included in the Service Agreement, but RCSA Preferred Customers get a 10% discount on all repairs during the 12-month period of their agreement.
Agreement customers also receive the following benefits during the 12-month agreement period:
- "Preferred Customer" status in our computer database
- Priority attention / guaranteed same-day service
- Same-day service at standard rates if service call is received by Noon
- Preventive Maintenance Inspection – 1 visit per year on plumbing agreements and 2 visits per year on A/C agreements
- Inspections will be scheduled in our computer “tickler” system and we will contact you to schedule each visit
- Peace of mind that your heating/air conditioning and plumbing systems are operating at peak condition
