At Keith Lawson Services, taking care of people has always been at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to serve families and communities throughout North Florida and South Georgia, and we believe Red Carpet Service extends beyond the work we do in our customers’ homes.
That’s why we’re launching the 2026 Keith Lawson Services HVAC Giveaway.
We’re asking our community to help us find a deserving homeowner who could benefit from a new HVAC system. Maybe it’s a neighbor who always puts others first, a family going through a challenging season or someone whose story deserves to be recognized.
Whatever the reason, we want to hear their story.
One deserving nominee will be selected to receive a new HVAC system and installation from Keith Lawson Services.
And as a thank-you for helping us find them, whoever nominates the winner will receive a $25 gift card from KLS.

Tell us why you’re nominating them, what makes them deserving and how a new HVAC system could make a difference in their home.
Keith Lawson Services will review eligible nominations and identify finalists based on the merits of the nominations.
Finalists must agree to an on-site interview and HVAC system inspection. This allows the KLS team to learn more about each nominee and confirm that the home is compatible with the HVAC systems available through the giveaway.
KLS will select a recipient based on the merits of the nomination and compatibility with the HVAC systems available through the giveaway. Winners will be announced by Thanksgiving 2026!
The winner will receive a new 1.5 up to 5 ton HVAC unit and installation from Keith Lawson Services.
Please review the following requirements before submitting a nomination.
Community members are encouraged to nominate a deserving candidate. No purchase is necessary to participate. All nominations must be submitted through the official nomination form on the Keith Lawson Services website.
Nominees must own their home and have the authority to approve the installation of a new HVAC system at the residence.
Nominees must reside in one of the following counties:
Florida: Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson or Wakulla County
Georgia: Thomas, Grady or Decatur County
Nominees selected as finalists must agree to an on-site interview and HVAC system inspection at their residence to remain eligible for the giveaway.
Keith Lawson Services will contact selected finalists to schedule an interview and HVAC inspection. The giveaway recipient will be selected based on the merits of the nomination and compatibility of the residence with the HVAC systems available through the giveaway.
The contest winner must consent to the use of photos and videos being taken at their home for promotion of current and future HVAC giveaways.
The giveaway is limited to a new HVAC unit ranging from 1.5 to 5 tons. Homes requiring other HVAC system types or capacities will not be eligible to receive the giveaway system.
The HVAC system installed through the giveaway will carry the same applicable warranty provided with comparable Keith Lawson Services installations.
Those nominating community members for the giveaway are eligible to receive a $25 gift card from Keith Lawson Services as a thank-you for participating in the giveaway.
